Harvesting Honey at Legendary Lodge in Arusha

On September 6, 2023, we had a successful honey harvest at the Legendary Lodge in Arusha. This delightful honey comes from the nectar of Cordia Africana and various shrub flowers. It boasts a rich, dark amber color with a moisture content of 18.5%. The aroma is incredibly sweet, and our harvest has yielded over 30 kilograms of this golden goodness.
